By accessing and using CardVal ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CardVal provides Pokemon card identification and valuation services. Our service includes:

• Card identification using image recognition technology
• Market value estimates based on current pricing data
• Grading estimates and recommendations
• Optional selling assistance and consultation

Important: All valuations provided by CardVal are estimates only and should not be considered as guaranteed prices. Actual card values may vary based on:

• Market fluctuations and demand
• Physical condition assessment (which requires in-person inspection)
• Authenticity verification
• Timing of sale
• Buyer and seller negotiations

CardVal is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our valuations. We recommend consulting multiple sources before making significant buying or selling decisions.

When using CardVal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload only images of cards you own or have permission to submit
• Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-card-related content
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Pokemon and all related trademarks are the property of The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and their affiliates. CardVal is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company or Nintendo.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By submitting images, you grant CardVal a limited license to process and store these images for the purpose of providing our services.

CardVal's core valuation service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or services in the future, which will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.

CardVal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardVal shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Inaccurate valuations or identifications
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions taken based on our valuations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
