You retain ownership of the images you upload. By submitting images, you grant PokemonCardValue a limited license to process and store these images for the purpose of providing our services.

PokemonCardValue's core valuation service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or services in the future, which will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.

PokemonCardValue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokemonCardValue shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Inaccurate valuations or identifications
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions taken based on our valuations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
