Consignment Service

Let us sell your cards for you

Ship them in, we list them across our buyer network, and you get paid when they sell — minus a flat 10% and the actual selling costs. No listings to write, no buyers to chase.

No listings to write. No buyers to chase. No haggling.

You ship the cards once — we handle the rest and pay you when they sell.

01

How it works

  1. 1

    Submit and get your eval

As soon as you submit on the site and we finish your evaluation, your items show up in your submission dashboard.

  2. 2

Hit “Consign” in the Actions column

Each item has an Actions column (these are service actions). Click the button labeled “Consign” (or “C”) on the items you want to sell — each one drops into a list.

  3. 3

    Proceed with Consignment

Once your list is set, click “Proceed with Consignment” to start the handoff.

  4. 4

    Share a few details

We’ll collect some basics: your mailing address, payment / PayPal info, and your offer preferences — your ideal number and your bottom line.

  5. 5

    We review and approve

We’ll look everything over and, assuming it all checks out, approve your consignment.

  6. 6

    Ship it in (insured recommended)

Once approved, send your cards in — we highly recommend insured shipping. Add the tracking number in your dashboard so we can keep an eye on its status.

  7. 7

    We inventory and verify

As soon as it arrives, we inventory it and verify we haven’t missed any major condition issues.

  8. 8

    We market it

Then we formally market it — though we already have several contacts who are interested. We’ll keep you in the loop on any offers and we’ll work to find one you’re comfortable with.

  9. 9

Sale finalized → you get paid

Once a sale is finalized and the buyer has confirmed we’re all set, your payout is initiated and sent to you within 1–2 days.

02

What it costs

You keep the sale price minus:

Our commission — a flat 10% of what the card sells for.

Selling costs — the marketplace's fee, payment-processing fee, and shipping to the buyer. The real costs of the sale, passed through at cost.

Payout fee — if your payout method charges one (e.g. PayPal), that comes off too.

We cover the cost of receiving, inspecting, photographing, and storing your cards.

Common questions

When do I see what my cards sold for?

We reveal sales to you as they’re finalized — usually grouped into a single update so it’s clean. Until a sale is revealed, the card just shows as “listed.”

When can I get paid?

Once all your cards have sold or been returned — or once they’ve been listed for at least 30 days, even if a few haven’t sold yet. Just request the payout from your dashboard.

Can I get a card back instead of selling it?

Yes. After a card’s been listed for 30 days, you can request it back from your dashboard and we’ll ship it to you.

What if a card doesn’t sell?

It stays listed until it sells or you ask for it back. No time pressure on your end.

How do you decide the price?

We price to the current market to actually move the card — you can set a reserve (a floor we won’t go below) when you consign if you want a guardrail.
